Reduced-Price Tickets

We offer 5 reduced-price tickets with a set price of €350,-. These tickets are meant for players who would otherwise not be able to attend.

If you would like to be considered for a reduced-price ticket, you can indicate this on the sign-up form. You will still be included in the regular lottery like everyone else. If you are selected, we’ll check whether a reduced spot is available before finalizing your ticket.

Sponsor Tickets:

If you’d like to help us make more reduced-price tickets available you can tell us in the sign-up form.
In the form we will ask what amount you’d like to sponsor.
Please be aware that we can’t refund this amount in case you cancel your participation, and that it’s due with the first payment.
In case we don’t get enough sponsoring for another reduced-price ticket we will not ask you to pay the extra amount.

Food

We have an experienced cook who will do their best to take your allergies and food preferences into account.

The event includes two dinners (Friday and Saturday)/two lunches (Saturday & Sunday)/two breakfasts (Saturday & Sunday/snacks, included in the price.

Death and Denial is a ‘dry’ event. Please don’t drink until after the event has been concluded.

Please note that because the ship does not have a dishwasher, you may be asked to wash some dishes after certain meals.

Transparency

Due to the nature of the larp, there will be only some transparency, but large parts of your character will be secret to other players.

Costume Guide

1830’s western or arabian/egyptian fashion. It is fine to wear an ‘oldfashioned’ (Regency) or ‘avant-garde’ (Victorian) outfit. A Costume guide will be released later.

Accessibility

The ship is not wheelchair accessible. The lower deck is only accessible via stairs. You should be able to climb and descend these stairs regularly and safely. There may be atmospheric music during the event and there will be rooms with many people present, talking at the same time.  The ship, including the deck is smoke free. There will be a small designated smoking area on the deck of the ship. If you have specific needs or concerns—such as mobility, sensory, or other accommodations—please reach out to us in advance so we can work together to ensure your experience is enjoyable and inclusive.

Please note that the ship will actually be sailing and at anchor during the event and will not return to the harbour until the end of the event. This means that you must be on time, or the ship will leave the harbour without you!
